POE2 The Hunt Begins Quest BUG!!!

First of all, when I tried to do the quest, I lost the deer after a while while following the yellow deer and it didn't count the quest even though I found and slaughtered the rare creature. At that moment I did not try again, I progressed in the missions and finished act1. When I switched to act2, I reset the grelwood map and entered it again. This time I was able to follow the deer and kill the rare creature and asked me to talk to delwyn in the mission, but when I try to talk to delwyn, there is no progress in the mission, I think the mission is broken. Has anyone had this problem and solved it or do we have to wait for the authorities to fix the bug?

Same problem here. Cannot complete the quest by talking to Delwyn. No option to progress the quest. No marker over his head and so on. Have read about many people having the same problem. Lvl 48 now and i don't feel like starting over just to complete the quest.
Please fix ASAP GGG..! Thank you :)
