POE 2. Aggravate bleeding not working properly for me

So, ive just finish ACT 2 CRUEL BOSS. I'am playing SPEAR FIELD with INCISION, and i have 86% crit chance. I have PERFECTLY PLACE KNIFE on the passif tree ( 20 % chance to aggravate bleeding ) I even have RUPTURE on my BLOUDHOUND'S MARK and during the all fight. 10 min plus, multiple time (many death), i have NEVER. Not ONCE, proc an aggravate bleed when 90% of damage is coming from SPEAR FIELD.

The bleeding damage bar on the boss is always the same from 100 to 0 % , it doesnt extend more than " 10 % ".

I'am either completely messing something or there's a very specific bug. I have notice also that on my passif tree i can't use the fonction compare, wich was working fine for me next patch. Maybe it's relatated somehow ?

My bleeding bar has never gotten larger when fighting bosses, it turns into a little chunk when I apply bleed and stays the same no matter what, I think they are still taking bleed damage though it doesn’t feel like a lot, I use blood hunt and it doesn’t seem to do much damage because the bleed buildup isn’t high. I’m level 84 on a smith of kitava, and I have had this the entire time, the only reason I know it’s supposed to look different is because on YouTube videos the bleed bar keeps getting bigger on a boss. My tool tip is also bugged on the passive tree.
