Can't complete Cataclysm's Wake (Corrupted Nexus doesn't show up)

Hello. Reached level 86 now, been in t15 maps for a while. Still only have 2 atlas points from a unique map i completed, can't find the Corrupted Nexus.

My friends tell me my atlas is bugged.
