Poisonous Concoction flask usage is way too high.

I tried gas arrow pathfinder, the damage felt impossibly low so I decided to pivot into Poisonous Concoction. The damage seems right, at least for where I am, but the mana flask charge usage feels over-tuned. Best I can manage at my level is recharging 0.25 charges per second (this is with passives and a magic mana flask with 0.15 charges/sec). What this turns into for boss fights is 20 seconds in-between flask throws. Even trying to survive in maps between bosses can be a struggle if I miss a throw or come up against anything with chaos resistance.

I appreciate the effort to not trivializing bosses by giving too many flask charges, but as it currently stands my main attack is unsustainable in a way that I can't fix with gear and/or the passive tree.

Maybe if the concoctions replaced your mana flask instead of using charges or used less charges this wouldn't be as painful.

There are two cheap uniques, Keelhaul belt and Glowswarm ring, that each give 0.25 mana flask charges per second, which enable the build.

You can also equip two of that ring but I find it unnecessary. +0.25 on flask and +0.2 from tree passives (they're pretty close to each other) and that's a max of 1.2 charges per second.

If you're not running scattershot support, then it's pretty difficult to sustain stacking poisons with Poison Concoction.
