Gem Skill Choices Feel Incomplete

Skill gems feel too linear. It feels like you pick a gem, and it already has predetermined skill gems you must use with it. Like the new huntress for example... you're going to use the wind skills together or the bleed skills together or the lightning skills together. The gems are not designed to function on their own making design choice more personal instead the gems are created in mini sets that kind of steal a little portion of the fun away from creating a build.
If this is the design path that's best for new players, I am fine with that. However there needs to be way more choices if this is the route you're going. Instead of like 3-4lightning gems in the set you need like 10, so we have some of our own choices in the mix. Right now, the only choice we have pretty much when picking a "skill gem set" is utility and support gems for the most part. But even some of those are pretty limited with choices as well. Well I think we are still missing half the classes and at least six weapon so maybe just a time thing.
