Infinite loading screen act3 lich

DC’d and now character is stuck in an infinite loading screen whenever I try to load the character. Emailed support they told me tough luck and to post it here… fantastic customer service. if this isn’t fixed I’m deleting the game and ggg can forget about having any more of my money
