Lich Ascendancy - Necromantic Conduit (Low Life synergy recognition)

Using the unique focus Serpent's Lesson Tonal Focus, while the Lich Ascendancy node Necromantic Conduit is active, Unholy Might is still lost when going below 35% mana, 'traditional' Low Mana threshold.

Serpent's Lesson reads "You count as on Low Mana while at 35% of Maximum Life OR Below. I've included pictures with Serpent's Lesson equipped, my life at max, and my mana below traditional Low Mana amount, and with Unholy Might still turning off, not recognizing Serpent's redefining of Low Mana.
