Bugged Quest Ascend of Power

Hello,
I'm experiencing a bug in Path of Exile 2. I am currently in Act 2 on Cruel difficulty. After defeating Balbala, the "Zarka" quest (or "Ascension to Power") does not complete. I have tried resetting the zone, switching the game language, and checking with the nearby NPC, but nothing works. Please assist me in resolving this issue or let me know if there's a way to complete the quest manually. kind of similar here
cant complete quest "ascent to power" it says "Return to the Ardura caravan and speak to Zarka" - but Zarka doesnt have any option to talk to her (well she has a few but none completes the quest) |

This is just a quest to get Ascendancy points, you don't need to talk to Zarka in Act 5. To get the 3rd Ascendancy, you need Djinn Barya with 3 trials lvl 60+.
