The Silent Cave unique map completion bug

I did this unique map by killed all imprisoned monster and final boss, I died to final boss 2 times but killed on last try, it was t11 maps with 3 portal.

but the Map Objective still says Defeat the Imprisoned Boss.

not sure if my death caused the issue or something else but I didn't got the completion

had the same issue, and because of that my atlas is stuck at 38/40 and i need to find this again, really annoying system

Same here, I happened twice, once you found another, just hold it until they fix the bug

Me too-twice, guess hold it until fix

+1 Did a T15 opened all 4 essences, won without dying. Still didn't drop the Skill Point book.

I thought I made a mistake by killing the central boss before all the the other essences, but apparently is not even that and even doing the small essences 1st will not complete the unique map.

Going to add that it also bugged for me. T15 no deaths. Killed all other essence mobs first then the boss. I did use a Vaal orb and that caused it to break.

Same. Seems like boss bugging while you release him with vaal orb. But I found another Silend Cave after, finished it without vaal and still no skill book =(

GGG fix it pls!

I manage to kill the boss twice and didn't recieved any skill book, it's a pity.
this map is bugged for a long time and seems like GGG is sleeping on this.

Just happened to me. Didn't know anything about the map and killed the boss without freeing any other imprisoned enemies. If I find another one, I'll hold off on running it until this is mentioned in the patch notes. Seems to have been a bug for a while; hopefully it will be addressed soon.
