omen of whittling showing reroll of wrong modifier (with higher level req)

As in subject, i have a mace with 6 modifiers, between them there is
- tier 1 fire damage (2-5) level 1 req, according to poedb2 - tier 5 attack speed (18%) level 37 req, according to poedb2 So it should definitely reroll fire damage, but when i click an omen and hover the mace with chaos orb it shows attack speed orange. I will loose approx. 5 div if it rerolls attack speed, and possibly much more if it hit as it should. What should i do? im not gonna test it, according to description omen SHOULD reroll fire damage. EDIT: its worth mentioning that the mace has 147% physical damage FRACTURED, i guess this is causing the bug.
