Disconncting after patch 0.2.0d

I keep geting disconnected and sent to login when doing maps. I come back to my hide out, no items in the inventory and the map has failed. Makes it impossible to progress the atlas and get atlas points.

I was also getting this issue last night in the secret tunnels where you fight Balbala(sp?). Very annoying when just about to defeat the boss, which happened at least twice..
