AMAZON - Elemental Infusion

I just spent a really long time trying to put together and elemental equilibrium/elemental infusion based build for the Amazon Ascendency but so many of these things do not interact with each other. First of all its extremely hard for an amazon to gain charges besides frenzy charges and the only good lightning skill spear users have DOES NOT WORK FOR ELEMENTAL INFUSION because it forks... infusions don't work on forking abilities. It really makes elemental amazons so weak for no reason. these abilities should be able to interact with each other.
