2 Bugs and 2 suggestion with Ritualist / Herold of Blood / As the Whispers Ask

Bugs:

1) If a rare mob is exploded by HoB you cannot sacrifice it (because the corpse no longer exists)

2) Blood boil does not work with HoB because it explodes them, not allowing the blood boil to go off.

It seems like these should both interact with HoB, but they do not. It seems like a lot of the blood skills do not synergize well.

Suggestions:

1) A suggestion I have is to fix "As the Whisper Asks" to either last much longer or have no cast time. After I used it once, I spec'd out of it.

2) As the Whisper Demands does not show what mod you have. Make it very visible and make it last much longer.
