Mana Cost are ENTIERLY too High

I'm playing a lightning spear amazon and unfortunately I cannot nuke down bosses before I run out of mana flasks. How are you wanting boss fights to last longer with the costs of skills being this high? Was I supposed to NOT use a level 18 gem? Mana leech does literally nothing. I have damn near the same amount of mana regen vs regen + leech
