Unable to Unlock Trial of the Sekhemas Waypoint

I am encountering a critical issue in Path of Exile 2 that prevents me from progressing further. During Act 2, I unfortunately lost the quest item "Balbala's Braya", and now I am completely unable to access the Trial of the Sekhemas despite multiple attempts.I do NOT require item restoration,my sole request is to investigate the waypoint lock.

I have thoroughly searched the official Gameplay Help Forum and found several threads describing similar issues, but none provided a working solution. As someone eager to experience PoE2's rich endgame content, this roadblock is deeply frustrating.
