Enjoying Parry Mechanic So Far - Suggestion

FWIW

1. Nearby enemies gain the parried debuff if Parry successfully culls an enemy. (add cooldown to Disengage frenzy charge generation frequency - maybe?)

2. Seems like it should also be considered a strike skill or unarmed if used without a weapon.

3. Parry is also a bit more difficult to use controller than on mouse, maybe the engagement angle could be increased as well in the buffs if they are to happen.

4. Partial evasion could apply to projectiles fired greater than some meters away. Say like 50% evasion rating against projectiles sourcing from >7m away.

5. Parry would feel better if Taunt was in the game and it taunted an enemy to attack with attacks and not spells. Parry does not feel good against spellcasters.

Parry mechanic is only good against single targets that don't spam projectiles. Evasion 0 during clearing is a death sentence. It's trash and needs far more changes than this one.

I don't agree about single target but I do agree about projectiles and evasion. Perhaps evasion could partially apply to projectile hits >1m away.

Parry is pretty neat.

I just tuned mine into a parry disengage bleed into bone breaker with herald of blood and its a gory load of fun. act 2 currently. trash is dead trash.

Sure sometimes i can some buggers getting in front of the parried monster meaning my disengage didn't frenzy, no big deal, i still gain the distance, so i throw a explosive spear or close in with rake and try again.

Many creative ways to respond, I think without those moments, the gameplay would get mindless and dull like a old gen arpg.

For those like me that stepped away from arpgs for the most part when souls games came along.

Wait, parry removes your evasion chance against projectiles?
