Character stucked at Act 3 Jungle Ruins (POE 2)

Hi there, my character stucked at Act 3 Jungle Ruins, even i restart the game it remains in the loading screen.

i got same issue - chimeral wetlands for me though

same issue here but it also hows up in a few other act 3 maps
