[Issue] Barrage, frenzy charges and using enhanced skills

Currently Barrage if used with frenzy charges consumes all charges to activate a skill on the hotbar multiple times. If this skill can be amplified with charges (lightning spear) the skill will not be amplified even though barrage is consuming frenzy charges. This feels weird, if all I'm doing is firing the ability in quick succession for the frenzy charges used players should get the enhanced effect.

I am having the same issue. Using barrage with frenzy charges that I got using Cull the weak on Huntress, and then setting up barrage and using explosive spear will not throw two spears, nor will it activate the frenzy charge effect despite using all the frenzy charges available. The thrown explosive spear will land, but as a normal explosive spear.

Meanwhile, if I don't have frenzy charges and I use Barrage > Explosive Spear ? It works fine and throws both spears out.
