Vendor inventory does not change.... Bug ??? HELP

WEl for last 10 levels vendor inventory does not change. Im at end of act 3 and got same items at vendors since i started act 3 basically..

Would be no problem if rare items regal and exalted orbs dropped at descent rate but..... Im still using 2 blue items since level 14 and im like 44.... About to go vs poison boss and got ZEROL chaos resistance and not much dps like atm i cant see me killing it with how my gear is...

Anybody got this bug ?? Any sugestions ???
