Loving POE 2

Hello all,

I wanted to give a thank you to GGG for the hard work they put in on POE 2. A lot of tough decisions are made which impact the development of POE 1 as well as POE 2 when you are tight on resources. I love both games. I appreciate that both are very different. I see a lot of criticism about the game being difficult as well as characters being underpowered. I believe a lot of this criticism comes at the fault of people having POE 1 expectations. Every time I see a post or a video about how hard the game is I get concerned that GGG is going to cave and inevitably evolve POE 2 into POE 1. So far, I love that they are sticking to their guns. I wanted to drop a rare post in here because I'm sure there are plenty of people out there enjoying the game as well. I don't consider myself very good at video games and I'm able to complete objectives just fine. It seems balanced enough for an early access game to me. Is POE 2 much harder than POE 1? Definitely. Is it just as hard as it was when they launched 0.1? I feel like I've died significantly less times than the original playthrough. So I don't think it can be that much harder. I'm not sure why people are surprised that the game is difficult since this is the second big "start". I would have expected people to be ready for the challenge.

GGG puts in countless hours on 2 different video games so that myself and our community have something to come home and relax to. It is probably demoralizing to constantly see negative thoughts on the game. I wanted to put some positivity out there for you guys!
