Minions from bind spectre are able to benefit from the reduced reservation from Bones of Ullr Lattice Sandals and Lord of Horrors but not able to gain the additional damage of The Dark Defiler Rattling Sceptre

Same issue, have tested with several spectres, in case the original creature had a carry over effect somehow.
