Kabala, Constrictor Queen despawns after big aoe

I was fighting Kabala in Act 2 normal, after she does the spinning explosion she just disappears and never comes back. Also unable to create a portal in the Venom Pit vicinity as if the boss is still there.

EDIT: had to reset the instance for it to finally work.
