You haven't told us what the macro does, so it's difficult to say.

If it is in any way partially automating gameplay, then yes - it can result in a permanent ban.

Generally, using any kind of key automation is at the very least, not looked at kindly. If you can't play the class by physically clicking what you need to manually, you should avoid playing it.
