Keep logging back to Venom Crypt after got disconnected at Jungle Ruins

I just got new patch and went into Jungle Ruins then found a way to Venom Crypt.

After that, I went back to Jungle Ruins to continue on the quest.
But, in a sudden, I got logged out with the message saying somewhat like "Server is disconnected".

And then, I logged in back, but all the experience I had in Jungle Ruins was gone and I was logged in Venom Crypt.

After that, I went back to Jungle Ruins again and played a bit and got disconnected again. When I logged in back, same happpend!
All the experience and items I had are gone and went back to the time before I move to Jungle Ruins and logged in at Venom Crypt!.

And, again, it happed.

So, three times of server disconnection happened in Jungle Ruins after I moved there from Venom Crypt.

I'm upset as I lost all the items including unique wand!

Please fix the issue and afraid of playing back as I'm losing time and all! and going back to Venom Crypt.... again
