Can't travel to the corrupted Nexus

Failed the first corrupted nexus area and now I can't seem to traverse to another one for the quest Cataclysm's Wake

Same don't have any corrupted nexus area on map.

same here... stuck, did complete it after dying once on the map, but it didnt complete the quest

I went to clean out my inventory, map instance disappeared on me. Relogged and it's all gone. Guess i'm not playing this league

This just happened to me. The original nexus despawned, and after finishing another one I didn't get any points.

Did you manage to fix the problem in any way?

I have a similar thing and it's blocking Atlas quest progression.

That map I'm highlighting used to be the Nexus. I failed it once, completed it afterwards and the quest objective does not update. I also do not get atlas point rewards from the books bosses drop now.
