Crashing to desktop: Both DX12 and Vulkan

Once every ~30 min to an hour ish, I will hard crash to desktop. I have changed the renderer multiple times to try both DX12 and Vulkan and it does nothing to fix. This crash happens consistently in both PoE1 and PoE2. There is no error given when it crashes, just goes straight to desktop. It can happen seemingly at any time; while loading zones, while in combat, while in town, etc. Additionally, this crash is not new, this routine crashing has been happening for multiple PoE1 patches and has happened in PoE2 since the game launched. Please let me know if additional information is required.
