Constant Shader Stutter

As the title says I'm getting constant shader stutter. Does anyone else have this or know if a fix? I never had this issue prior to the new update. ( I press F1 and watch the shader line ping maxed out then off then maxed then off constant ).

For context 7900xtx with 7800x3d and never an issue prior to update.TY

same here launch weekend was fine, what did change? constant shader spikes :(

full amd xtx 7900 + 7800x3d
- tried vulkan and dx12 both have same issues
- deleted all caches
