Co-op off screen bug

Hi, thanks to all replies!

My wife and I have been playing (and loving) the game since release, around early January we hit the 100 hour mark while in the Ziggurat encampment. Ever since then the screen will get stuck to what looks like somewhere a bit off screen to the bottom right of the map. Nothing we do will fix this! If either one of us logs in alone, it's fine. As soon as the other player joins it goes straight to that off screen area.

We're unable to play together anymore, and was hoping the new update would have resolved this but it hasn't. It's quite frustrating since we paid to play the game early but are unable to!

Is/has anyone else gone through this? Is there something we can do to fix this?
