Lightning Spear and Storm Lance do not scale with Increased Area Damage

Hello, it appears that Storm Lance and Lightning Spear do not benefit from area damage, even though they have the AoE tag. This includes both the normal hit and burst/detonation components. Can easily see this by equipping them with the concentrated effect support gem and noting no damage increase

this also affects Glacial Lance (both lance and explosions), possibly more

just checked and whirlwind lance also gains no damage from inc area dmg
