Default game loot sounds on custom loot filter

Is it possible to have the default game sound on loot drops while using a custom loot filter like poe2filter/neversink? I really like the default sounds of certain drops

poe2filter definitely doesn't change/remove the default drop sounds. I love them too. By default, poe2filter does add an 'alert sound' to anything C-tier+ (worth 1ex and up). I chose the alert sounds which I think are least annoying and intrusive and out-of-place, while still being clear. The ones for S-tier+ (1div and up) actually combines nicely with the drop sounds.
