DUSK VIGIL Legendary makes my character glitch out when its casting the TRIGGER!! POE2

Second THAT ITEM SUCKS teehee. Every time it triggers the skill EMBER FUSILADE on using a skill. Doesn't matter what i try doing it always does it. PLEASE HELP i wanted to use it on my level 9 sorc . I was SO THRILLED to get a staff drop for it to just be buggy. THANK YOU. GGG=GOAT

Had the exact same thought but it is unplayable at the moment.
It is like a rubberband everytime. If I stand still it works decent but I need to dodge aswell since I play HC.

Would like to have this bug to be looked at. til next patch!
