Blood Loss indicator missing from Rogue Exiles

When fighting against a Rogue Exile, in this case the "Mercenary" variant, the blood loss indicator was missing from their health bar while I had Blood Hunt and Herald of Blood equipped.

I am playing as Warrior.

Seems like the damage was still being tracked as Blood Hunt seemed to do its proper payoff damage. (Difficult to spot so no guarantees)

Same, I fought 3 Rogue Exiles in total and I never saw the Blood loss on them.

+1, doesn't seem to matter what class either. Huntress here. Makes it more difficult to see bleeding as well. Bloodhound's mark (I use this anyways) does "help" get an idea of status as it tracks the stun buildup from blood loss in the enemies stun bar.
