Exposed Wounds Bug

Exposed Wounds and the nodes leading to it gives % chance to inflict an ailment. But when these nodes are chosen they provide 0% chance for me to inflict bleeding. When bleeding is indeed an Ailment as noted when hovering over in game. I feel this is a bug.
