Amazon Critical Strike Adding 100% of Excess Chance to Hit

Amazon's Critical Strike node looks like it's adding 100% of excess chance to hit as critical strike chance, not 25%. Might just be a tooltip display bug.

Example:

In the linked image, my excess chance to hit is 8-27%, so I'd expect the added crit to be a quarter of that, 2-6.75%.

Instead, it says it's adding 8-27% crit.

I have 0% increased critical strike chance from any other sources here.

Unsure if just a display bug or a mechanical bug.

Honestly im VERY interested in knowing if this is working and how is working too, i hope they answer something...

i have over 100% crit chance (even at distance), i was wondering why my dps was going up when i socketed "inevitable critical". should be no difference.

Does anyone know for sure yet if this is a display bug or if the node is actually granting 4 times as much crit as it's supposed to?
