[SOLVED] Entire Group's Quest Bugged - "Ascent To Power"

We cannot ascend.
Troubleshooting steps we've tried: 1) I have a Djinn in my inventory. I dropped it and picked it back up to see if it would prompt again. 2) We have travelled everywhere in ACT2 (act2 is completely beaten) and talked to Zarka after travelling there. 3) I had someone else outside of our group teleport to Trial, and tried to take their TP. Says "You do not have the required quest state". I cannot teleport on them either thru the blue icon on their face. 4) I ctrl+clicked to do a 'new instance' on the town 5) I logged out completely and logged back in 6) I joined someone else's party, without anyone else except the new person. Still nothing for my character. How to fix? Thanks SOLVED: Found out the fix. You have to go into Traitor's Passage and kill Baylba. Once you do that, Zarka will talk to you. The quest doesn't tell you to do this, itj ust tells you to talk to Zarka. She won't talk to you until the traitor is dead. We must have skipped the Traitor accidentally. As you can see in the screenshot I've also tried to do every single talk option on the NPC's in act 2 as well...

Found out the fix.
You have to go into Traitor's Passage and kill Baylba. Once you do that, Zarka will talk to you. The quest doesn't tell you to do this, itj ust tells you to talk to Zarka. She won't talk to you until the traitor is dead. We must have skipped the Traitor accidentally. Hope it helps someone in future... |
