Can someone tell me how I reset my tree in "Standard"

Told myself I can not possibly inflict more pain on myself doing new league, yesterday is a day I never want to see or play ever again.
So new day thought I'd go remake my most unbroken ie lest nerfed toon in "standard" reclaimed my jewels manually from tree as command /removejewels only grabbed back 2 of the 5 I had slotted. I have no idea how I actually use my free reset, there's nothing to push to start afresh, tried Doryani nothing there to even refund passives, tried Hooded One in Act One and he wants to charge me. EDIT Went to POE1 as thought I've done it there before, it's so obvious there. POE2 the button was HIDDEN under the error message telling me I needed 120 more Intelligence in bright red letters on top of it! Thx m8, had same problem. Is there any shit that GGG didn't step into with this patch? For fk sake they had perfect reset clarity after new patches in POE1, but opt to keep degrading...

" Same thing here. Passive tree is rearranged and some things are just gone. I gave up on trying to get my standard character anywhere close to where it was.. Sure would like to have my currency in the new realm. Heck, even my junk in 1.0 is top tier here. But keep on, there's still some fun to be had. You just gotta look for it.
