Can't invite players in Dawn of the Hunt League

I can't invite players to trade in regular trade league for Dawn of the Hunt. When I try to invite someone to party I get the message "That player is in a different league." Have confirmed they are in the same league in game.

I’m also having the same issue. Both players confirmed they are in current season. Any work around? Whisper invite doesn’t work.
