Penetrate node of amazon

The penetrate node on the amazon tree isn't functional or at least it isn't showing damage for the sheet dps.

so node penetrate only add phys dmg = 25% accuracy in main hand weapon to base phys? i see it doen't. lol
seem like a bug, i was refund my asc point and re-up it but nothing bonus
can anyone can tell me what i wrong here?

yeah it is not working for me too.

from the wording it should be giving me +450 physical damage but it is only giving me +30 damage.

Update: i tested using the Bullseye support, it does not increase the damage like the node said it should.

The node doesn't say it should.

Accuracy rating from the passive tree or from support gems isn't "Accuracy rating on the weapon".
