Choas inoculation not properly working

Either chaos inoculation isnt working or something is hitting through energy shield. Im getting one shot through my 9.5k energy shield.

If you have Heavy Buffer allocated in the Energy Shield wheel above Witch/Sorceress start, 5% of the damage you take could be bypassing your energy shield.
