Why doesn't Dawn of the Hunt mystery box say it's also available for POE1 later?

Aren't all MTXs from POE1 and POE2 supposed to be shared, except for the types of items that only exist in each game?

Armour Set, Portal, Pet, Charge Effect, Finish Effect, and Map Device are also applicable to POE1.

Are you going to make the MTXs in this mystery box available on POE1 later as well?

I'd actually like to know as well.
