Game is fked on AMD in 0.2.0
Constant FPS drops and stutters.
Solution 1: Turn off nvidia reflex (oh wait, can't do that) Solution 2: Turn on vulkan (oh wait, vulkan instantly crashes the game) For some reason all the upscalings like FSR, are greyed out. GPU is spiking everytime the stutters happens. It is completely unplayable for AMD atm. Any AMD users with a solution, or similar issues? I have tried a clean install of drivers. Definitely not just AMD. My 2080TI worked beautifully before the patch and now it's stuttering and lagging like crazy, even with everything turned way down. Completely unplayable on any remotely difficult content.

As usual, zero testing has gone into the patch and it's up to playerbase to figure out the performance and bugs.

You can use optiscaler and fakenvapi to get fsr 4 in the game without framedrop... game looks way better

The lastest hotfix/update made the stutter occur slightly less often in my experience.
The GPU still spikes to 200 MS and creates stutters. Upscaling to FSR does still not work. |

Vulkan works now, update through steam after closing the game.
