Vulcan on AMD seems broken

Using Vulkan with my Radeon RX 7800 XT on the latest Adrenalin driver (25.3.1) causes Path of Exile (Steam version) to crash on launch. The error report references amdvlk64.dll_unloaded with exception code 0xc0000005 (access violation). Both DirectX 11 and 12 renderers work without issues.

Repro Steps:

Set renderer to Vulkan

Launch game

Crash occurs during loading

Additional Notes:

Clean driver install via AMD Cleanup Utility didn’t help

Vulkan works in other games

Steam file verification and overlay disable had no effect

Hi i use RX7900 XTX and Vulcan. It works for me.
