How many employees does GGG have?

Just wondering. Not thinking about TenCent at large, just the folks at GGG that work on POE1 and 2.
I poop, therefore I am.

Dunno if it's reported anywhere. LinkedIn guesstimates GGG has 167 employees, but I have seen those be wildly inaccurate (as in, off by at least one order of magnitude).
I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
No matter how many employees they have, A LOT more people are working on PoE 2, as a lot of stuff is being outsourced. But then again, not all employees are developers.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.
do a vacation in auckland, there is a nice little cafe next to their office in henderson and you can count the people going in there ;)

Where are you getting the information that a lot of stuff is being outsourced? It was my belief, as well as many others, that all development is being done in-house, and it is EXTREMELY difficult to employ a non-NZ resident as a NZ company.

They have talked about it in interviews, especially during Covid. Almost all developing companies outsource stuff.

Hiring non-residents is challenging for kiwis due to immigration controls, which are a non-factor for outsourcing. Substantial quantities of art assets are being outsourced - though depending on your definition, this may not impact whether all “development” is being done internally.

Baselessly claiming that “many others” share your beliefs is a fallacy that doesn’t contribute to the discussion. There’s nothing to suggest the average community member has spent time considering whether GGG’s outsourcing extends beyond e.g. voice acting to the likes of concept art.

You mean all of them?
They have hundreds. not just devs of course.

And then they have POE in china with who knows how many employees. these guys help nz as well so keep that in mind.

they're a triple A dev with tencent doing whatever they want. they could have 10k people work on poe and not have to tell us
