Opening Social Tab crashes the game

As per the title, when I try to open the Social tab, the game crashes. I have tried the following things on the hunt for a fix:
- Changed graphics driver
- Changed between Windowed/Fullscreen/Windowed Fullscreen
- Verifying game files
- Re-installing the game
- Deleting the shader cache
- Deleting the config files
- Chaning my graphics card from nVidia to AMD
- Doing all of the above, with an AMD card
- Re-installing Windows
- Doing all of the above (including switching between nVidia and AMD cards), on a fresh Windows install
- Switching from Windows to Linux
- Doing all of the above (including switching between nVidia and AMD cards), on a Linux install
- Changing Proton versions

At this point, I have to assume it's somehow an account issue, or there's something I'm just missing. It's not necessarily game-breaking, but it's pretty annoying!
