T16 Maps How To Get

Can someone please spell out the FULL requirements for having T16 Waystone drops?

I have 600 hours ran hundreds of maps across 3 chars in 90s and still have never seen ONE.

I have corrupted every single map over past 2 weeks nothing notta while running 15 to 30 maps a night.

Is there some Atlas tree requirment or some other passive to unlock them? I have all the 10% higher tier stuff dont get what I am doing wrong.

Is there a waystone % amount you need to hit? Most of my runs are 300%+ Do they need to all have Delerious effect? Im stumped.

Ill get 4 to 6 T15 almost every run.

Use vaal orb on tier 15 waystone.

There's a chance it will become T16
Or T14
Or just change affix
Or do nothing (unless you use omen of corruption)

It's as simple as that. If you can't get T16 then your RNG is just aweful.

OMG Facepalm. I thought they dropped.

So all those times my 300% became 455% etc that was T16 and I never noticed the tier change.
