POE 2: Cannot get past the login page

Dear support team,

I've just installed POE 2 end Feb. 2025, the game ran without issue after installation for about ~ 2 hours. However, when I wanted to play it again today, it crashed each time I clicked on the login button. So I couldn't get past the login page. So request support on this.

I saw in the POE 2 forum that this is a recurring issue, so if there is no solution to this, I would like to request a refund.

What I've tried:
1) Reverting Windows update to 23H2, and disabled Windows update
2) Changing rendered to Vulkan
3) Adjusting virtual memory
4) Set core affinity to not use core 0 + 1
5) Cleared client's cache folder at %Appdata%\Roaming\Path of Exile 2
6) Cleared client's config file at %userprofile%\documents\my games\path of exile 2
7) Verify file integrity at Steam Client app

I've done all that and issue still persists. If there's no viable solution, I'd like to request a refund. Thank you.

I have already sent emails to support@grindinggear.com from my email [Removed by Support] since early March. Then your support team said to come to this forum to highlight this issue because your team don't do support via email due to limited staff resources. Since March 8th I didn't receive any response anymore.

You can trace back through my email to see the correspondences.

And now, you're asking me to send email ... I'm now kind of confused of what you're asking me to do right now.

The same problem here. But not only in game. POE website and market don't work for me without VPN. Game login doesn't work. With VPN it lets me choose the character and click start. Then connection failed. What's that?

I've reinstalled both my Steam app and the game (uninstalled game first and then steam app. It works for now. Also, I've noticed the new season countdown on my login page that I didn't see before. It seems my Steam app is not able to update my POE game which might cause the issue in the first place. Reinstalling both seems to force the Steam to download the latest game version which seems to solve the issue.

FYI, I've tried reinstalling only the game before in my Steam app and it didn't work. Feel free to try it out and let me know if it works for you.
