Is anyone receiving the physical items of the PoE2 packs?

Depending on the pack you purchase, it can include one or more of the following items:
- Path of Exile 2 Art Book
- Path of Exile 2 Logo Hoodie
- Path of Exile 2 Logo T-Shirt

My question is, has anyone received any of these so far or any notification of an expected delivery date?

If you did or actually did not, please let me know.
Thank you.

It's been a minute since I've felt like financially supporting GGG, so I'm not in a position to say.

Since nobody else has responded (yet), I'll just say that I one ended up waiting 11.5 months for a physical item in one of my supporter packs to ship - and, looking back - I wouldn't say it was an especially busy time for them. Just trying to... set expectations, I guess. :|

Took over a year for my concept art from Forsaken Masters, lucky i didnt MOVE HOUSE in that time..
That is extremely alarming to know.
I am pretty sure that is not acceptable under commerce laws unless it was being sold as a pre-order and with a pre-sale warning of a delivery date being more than 1 month.
But there was no such warning when purchasing the items/package of things only being shipped months later.

For the EU, the law is as follows:
https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/shipping-delivery/index_en.htm

"
If you don't collect your purchase straight away or have ordered it for delivery at home the trader should deliver it to you within 30 days – unless you specifically agreed on a different delivery time.

"
Missing delivery
If you don't receive your goods within 30 days, or within the agreed time, you should remind the trader giving them an additional, reasonable time limit to deliver. For example, if the trader has informed you that your delivery is delayed by a week because of problems with his suppliers you should consider giving him that extra week.

If the trader still doesn't deliver within the extended deadline then you're entitled to terminate your contract and be reimbursed as soon as possible. You don't have to give the trader extra time if they refuse to deliver or when an agreed delivery period is essential, for example, if you need the goods for a specific event, such as a dress for a wedding, and you have informed the trader of this in advance.

I got mine some time ago, Hoodie and Artbook now sitting on my shelf.
My goods have been returned to sender, because GGG didnt put the correct address on it. I purchased in early december and didnt expect them to arrive before february....because of release stress and holidays.

On 7. of march i contacted ggg support to get an update where my stuff is.
They asked for my address and sent me a link to the shipping tracker, which said that the stuff was returned to sender on 18. of December because the address wasnt correct. GGG told me to contact my postal service.....Stuff should be back in NZ but okay.

I called the postal service to ask where my stuff is and they told me the same thing like the tracker, that it has been returned to sender due to wrong address.

I contacted GGG again but didnt get a response yet.

Its so sad that i didnt get a single information during the whole process, like an EMail with Tracking Number. It is not nice to get this information when the stuff was already returned to sender and you have to actively ask to get an update.

Telling ppl to ask local postal service, while the stuff is already back in NZ hits different.

I bought it all and have not received any of it in about 2 months so far. No communication about them either.
I was going to ask this community about this one too.
I have not received my shirt and hoodie from early access packs, paid for shipping for extra since end of December 2024.

I tried pinging them through support email they replied once then after that crickets again.

Unacceptable but at least we are the same boat. Tryna understand how hard it is to ship your order? But then they are so fast when a customer is buying packs and MTX's. :D
I purchased the "Liberator of Wraeclast-Supporter-Pack" on january 11th.
Asked about my physical goods on january 30th as I didnt receive any info after purchase.

Support almost instantly answered and asked for my full shipping adress, account name and some character names. I replied also directly.

Since then no more communication happened and none of my following mails have been answered at all by support.

I understand that they are busy and all but this is just untrustworthy behaviour. People spending like 500 bucks to support the development of a game in advance and then not even receiving the merchandise they paid for.

Edit: Forgot to mention - a buddy of mine purchased a lower tier supporter pack and received his T-Shirt some days after purchase...

I got mine... sort of. Delivery person left a notice under a stack of papers and it got returned. Contacted ggg about it though and got it sorted.
