Disconnection during Maps - losing Map and item gathered in inventory

Hello
Twice today i got disconnected in the middle of a map.
After reconnecting map where lost both times, item gathered in my inventory were lost as well.

The map themselve show attempted, i can never rejoin those maps.
Is this a bug. THat's the first time it appears.

Can you help ?
