DOES GGG RESPOND TO EMAILS?

What the heck is going on with customer service, they respond then go ghost for days again without fixing the issue.

SOMEONE DID GET BACK TO ME AND I RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND THEN THEY DONT RESPOND AND ITS BEEN ANOTHER COUPLE DAYS.
