Scavanger Cannot Respec

SO I am trying to respec my ascendancy however i cannot respec the passive point. Please help

You know in order to respec you need to rerun lab right?
Then have the points rdy for a respec. |

That's only necessary to change from one Ascendancy to another--which you can't do with Scavenger, because there is no other Ascendancy for Scion (in Phrecia).
Keep in mind: to respec a small passive that grants a passive point, you must have not only 5 refund points, but also an unspent passive point. |
